Empowering the Next Generation
In November 2025, Youth Guidance completed major renovations on its 8,600 square-foot facility, a historic landmark at 1028 20th Place that once served as Vero Beach’s public library.
Our redesigned facility includes:
- Commercial teaching kitchen for culinary arts
- Workshop for vocational training and construction trades
- Technology lab for computer programming
- Expanded outdoor recreation and garden areas
- Multipurpose Rooms for academics, life skills, and college and career preparation.
Building Brighter Futures
Redesigning the Youth Guidance facility has already allowed us to:
- Increase the number of youth we serve by 50%.
- Launch a teen culinary program that prepared 2,500 nutritious, made-from-scratch dinners for our children.
- Double the number of registered construction trades pre-apprenticeship classes offered.
