New for 2026: The Next Gen Chefs Program offers teens (ages 15-18) the opportunity to train with a professional chef, earn industry-recognized certifications, develop critical life skills, and explore meaningful career paths.
Transportation to and from Sebastian River High School is provided.
The Next Gen Chefs Program is provided at no cost to students thanks to the generosity of the Indian River County community.
Next Gen Chefs launches February to May 2026 with two classes: one occurring on Mondays and Wednesdays and another on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Both classes after school from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
